Cooking Instructions
Download PDFPit and roughly chop 350g pluots.
Place the sugar, water and pluots in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes or until the pluots have softened.
Add the tea bags, thyme and cinnamon and allow to steep.
Strain the syrup once it reaches room temperature.
Pour the syrup into a large jug and add the ice cubes to it.
Pit and slice the remaining pluots (approx.12-13) and add them to the jug.
Top with the sparkling water.
