Download PDFChop the dried apricots, or tear the Qamar al-Deen paste into small pieces, and place in a large bowl.
Add in the water and sugar and stir to combine.
Place the apricot mixture with the ice and the rose water in a food processor. Blitz until smooth.
Divide between glasses and decorate with the mint and dried rose buds.
