Mince the garlic. Drain and finely chop the sundried tomatoes.

In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil over a low heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the smoked paprika, oregano and chilli flakes. Add the sundried tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook for 2 minutes while stirring. Add the warm water and vinegar.

Transfer to a food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the remaining olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Cook the pizza according to package instructions.

Serve the dipping sauce warm or at room temperature with the pizza crusts for dipping.
