Download PDFIn a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the prawns, lime and parsley. Reserve 1⁄3 of the marinade.
Toss the prawns through 2⁄3 of the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.
Place a griddle pan over a high heat and grill the prawns for 5-10 minutes, basting frequently with the reserved marinade until opaque and cooked through.
Halve the lime.
Serve the prawns with the lime and roughly torn parsley, if using.
