Welcome to Spinneys.com! By using our website, placing an order, or requesting a delivery, you agree to these Terms and Conditions “T&Cs”. Please read them carefully.

All products and services you purchase here are provided by Al-Ma’kulat al-Fakhirah for Food Products. Any mention of “Spinneys”," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms & Conditions refers to Al-Ma’kulat al-Fakhirah for Food Products.

  • You will not deep link to the website without Spinneys' authorization.
  • You will not use automated devices (i.e. robots, spiders) or manual processes to monitor or copy the website or its content for unauthorized purposes without our written permission.
  • You will not interfere or attempt to interfere with the website's proper working or place an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.

      • You place an order by pressing the "complete checkout" button on the website.
      • We will send you an order acknowledgment email.
      • The contract is formed when we dispatch the products to you, unless we've notified you that we don't accept your order or you've cancelled it.

Refunds and Cancellations

      • Our Goodwill Policy:
  • In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a goodwill policy.
  • If you're not entirely satisfied within 14 days of receiving products, you can return them to the branch where you bought them (or nearest branch if original isn't possible) with proof of purchase. We will then refund, replace, or exchange the items.
  • Refunds will use the original payment method. If you lack adequate proof of purchase, we may offer a Spinneys gift card or vouchers in the same value instead.
  • Exclusions from our goodwill policy include items used or damaged by you, items with broken seals/packaging, perishable items (i.e. food, flowers), and made-to-order or personalized items.
  • You are not entitled to a refund/exchange if you change your mind about the product, the product is defect-free, or it's available cheaper elsewhere.
      • Online Cancellation Rights:
  • If you order online or by phone, you generally have additional cancellation rights.
  • You can cancel your order, and Spinneys will refund/replace products if you return them within 14 days after you receive them, provided they haven't been unreasonably handled or damaged.
  • Exceptions for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons (unless faulty/misdescribed): Chilled/frozen products (including food made to order), baby food/milk, gift cards, vouchers, e-top ups, tobacco products, unsealed DVDs/CDs/video games, unsealed earrings/hair accessories, unsealed bedding, or personalized items.
  • For services, you can cancel up to 14 days after we confirm acceptance of your order. Once services are completed, you may not get a refund for changing your mind.
  • To exercise your cancellation right for online product orders, you must return them in person or allow us to collect them.
  • We would reimburse you (via original payment method) for cancelled products, including standard delivery costs (excluding supplementary costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method).
  • We may deduct from the reimbursement for loss in value due to unnecessary handling by you.
  • Reimbursement will be processed from our side no later than 14 days after we receive the products back, receiving the refund in your bank account depends on your bank’s process.
  • You can cancel online orders by logging into the website and using the 'My Orders' section of your user profile.

      • Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX.
      • When you pay online, your details are sent directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
      • The cardholder must keep copies of transaction records and merchant policies.
      • You can select your preferred payment method when finalizing your order.
      • The final order value is captured upon dispatch.
      • If an online payment is declined, we may offer cash-on-delivery or a credit card reader on delivery if available.
      • If alternative items are picked due to unavailability, we reserve the right to charge additional amounts based on the price of the substitutions.
      • For collections, the person paying for the shopping must provide ID matching the cardholder’s name on the checkout page. The physical card is not required.
      • Online Payment Security:
  • Spinneys uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your details during transmission, minimizing privacy risks.
  • You can store your card details for future orders. A small authorization charge will be made and immediately refunded. Only the last four digits of your stored card are displayed in your 'My Spinneys' account.
  • Your payment details are held in a secure encrypted server using Triple DES (Data Encryption Standard), a common security standard. Access to this data is secured internally.
  • Spinneys maintains high payment security. If your payment card is fraudulently used by another person not acting on your behalf, you may contact your bank or credit card provider. You are responsible for safeguarding your card details, and Spinneys is not liable for fraudulent use of your card.
