Unwrap the Cream Soda Fizzers and chop them into bite-sized pieces

Pour the cream soda into a jug, add a few drops of green food colouring and stir gently to combine.

Place 2 scoops of ice cream into each serving glass. Divide half the fizzer pieces between the glasses, sprinkling them over the ice cream. Slowly pour the green cream soda into each glass, being careful not to let it overflow.

Serve immediately with a straw and a spoon.
