In a blender or food processor, combine the yoghurt, strawberries, dragon fruit, honey, protein powder, rose water and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the sweetness, if required. Pour the mixture into two resealable bags and place flat in the freezer. Freeze for 3-4 hours.
Once completely frozen, transfer the mixture to a food processor or blender and blitz until completely smooth.
Working quickly, place the mixture in a freezer-safe container and freeze for another 1–2 hours.
When ready to serve, allow the frozen yoghurt to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
Serve with a sprinkle of rose petals and pistachio slivers.
