Download PDFFinely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Remove the ribs from the chard and roughly chop. Dice the tomatoes.
Heat the oil in a large pan. Once hot, sauté the onion until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the spinach and tomato. Cover and cook over a low heat for approx. 8–10 minutes, or until wilted.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve while warm, as a side.
