teamLab Phenomena
The newest interactive experience on Saadiyat Cultural District will transport you to a whole new world, with its mind-blowing laser show, animation and art-inspired experiences. Split into two distinctive sides – Dry and Wet – this fully-immersive, multi-sensory venue is filled with different living and evolving installations that are inspired by the balance between nature, the manufactured world and environment. From vortexes to levitating voids to a mindbending 360-degree biocosmos in constant flux, this experience pushes the limits of imagination – and enjoyment.
Super Duper Studio
One for the kids, this is an amazing new space for little dreamers, with dress-up zones, creative corners and real-world role-play in fun-filled surroundings. Located in Goshi Warehouse in Al Quoz, Super Duper Studio champions ‘giggles, glitter and grand ideas’, with its part-studio, part-expression lab and part-theatre stage set-up, allowing all kinds of creative individuality to come out and play. From dressing up and face painting to a crafts, create and customisation station, alongside ceramic painting, yoga sessions and even poetry jams, this will keep budding young minds busy this summer.
Sohum Wellness Sanctuary
This gorgeous new spot is an oasis of wellbeing in Al Quoz for those for some holistic healing, inner peace or transformative wellness this summer. It offers everything from yoga classes and stretch sessions to Ayurvedic treatments, sound therapy and journalling. Once you’ve rebalanced your mind, body and soul, head to Taama, Sohum’s 100% plant-based restaurant, to tend to your tummy. Colourful Chakra bowls mix with warm dishes, such as tempeh noodles and spinach croquettes, followed by truffle pizza, togarashi maki rolls and lion’s mane steak.
