Innovation, supplying superior quality products and consistently exceeding customer demands are all a priority for Spinneys. Being able to achieve these goals, while keeping sustainability and food security at the forefront, is as important to us, too.
Both our factories based in Jebel Ali and Dubai Investment Park house three facilities each where we are able to produce everything from fish to flowers. Thus, we’re able to fully control our supply chain and act as a local in-house supplier to every single one of our stores, as well as Waitrose and Al Fair in Oman. Our meat facility has existed since 2005, while the central bakery and pastry facility started in 2016. We launched our deli, fish and flower units in September 2020. Read on to learn more.

Our halal-certified facility is where we process a range of chicken, beef and lamb products including, but not limited to spinneysFOOD kebabs, burger patties, steaks, mince, biltong, sausages, meatballs and our popular rotisserie chickens. All our tender and top-quality meat is carefully selected from world-class farmers and contains no added hormones.

Fish & Seafood
Our seafood processing facility is where we prepare fresh fish to the highest standards of quality, service and product availability. Our range includes the freshest fillets, prawns, smoked salmon and soon-to-launch pre-packed frozen fish meals.
Spinneys Central Bakery
The team at the Spinneys Central Bakery works around the clock to produce a variety of products, from our artisanal loaves, our famous burger buns – brioche, malted and potato – and pre-packed sliced breads to cookies, muffins, madeleines, hand-crafted honey cakes and more. All products are free from artificial colours, preservatives and trans fats and are made with the finest ingredients.
Spinneys Flowers Shop
This dedicated floristry facility enables us to provide all our stores with range of fresh flowers, roses, succulents, potted plants and beautifully curated bouquets from growers in international markets. We currently import flowers directly from Kenya and Holland and have complete control over our supply chain, which results in longer shelf life. Look out for further expansion in this division in the near future.

Spinneys Central Deli
Our Central Deli team is responsible for preparing an assortment of fresh food such as nutritious, flavourful salads and hot meals from different cuisines. All these are delivered daily to all stores. We also offer an extensive variety of grab-and-go products from a range of sauces to hummus, tabbouleh and moutabal, as well as delicious handmade sandwiches.
