Download PDFPreheat the braai to medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix the butter, chutney, smoked paprika and salt until well combined.
Place the mielies onto the braai, turning regularly for approx. 15–20 minutes until charred and cooked through.
Brush the chutney butter over the mielies as soon as they come off the braai.
Serve immediately.
