Ritter Sport's first bar of chocolate was made in 1912. Its famous chocolate square was introduced in 1932, designed with family-friendliness and portability in mind. Following the lift of chocolate rations after the war, Ritter Sport's cocoa supply was back in order and it's been making its classic chocolate ever since.
