تحميل PDFBoil the water then pour over the chamomile tea bags and steep for 8–10 minutes. Strain and stir in the maple syrup, if using. Let it cool slightly.
In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, blueberries, lime juice and rose water. Blitz until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve for a silky finish. Refrigerate until chilled.
Whip the coconut cream and maple syrup until soft peaks form. Adjust the sweetness to taste.
Remove the chamomile from the tea bags and plate in a shallow dish or plate. Rub half a lime up the side of the glasses, then press the glasses into the chamomile flowers.
Pour the blueberry chamomile mix into glasses and top with whipped coconut cream.
Serve with extra chamomile flowers, if desired.
