Le Roule is a fresh cheese originating from France. It was originally produced in the 1980s by Fromagerie Triballat in the centre of France. Made with pasteurised cow's milk, the cheese is easily recognisable due to the distinctive swirl pattern. The cheese is made with cow's milk, and it is hand-rolled into a log that is enriched with garlic and various herbs. Its texture is creamy, melt-in-the-mouth, and smooth, while the flavours range from sweet to tangy and spicy.
