Overview

A yoghurt coating smothers apricots, roasted brown-skinned almonds and shreds of toasted coconut in this tasty bar. Little puffs of rice lighten the mix (each grain is smaller than your standard rice crispie) which is carefully jumbled with a dash of honey syrup for a satisfying chew. Sweet but finely balanced.

Eat Natural is a cereal bar, toasted muesli and granola maker founded in 1997 in Essex. They take simple, wholesome stuff, mix it together and bake it into bars and cereals. Whole nuts. Juicy dried fruit. Wholegrains and seeds. Maybe a bit of chocolate or yoghurt here and there and that’s it.
