Dukkah is a regional spice mix generally made with a groundnut base. We use sesame seeds in our mixture to create a mellow marinade that lends itself beautifully to the sweetness of honey, creating a deep, sticky-sweet flavour on the chicken.

Preparation Guidelines
Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5°C and use within 1 day. Cooking instructions: oven grill (15-20 mins) – preheat the grill. Place the kebabs on a rack over a roasting pan, approximately 15cm below the grill element. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with any excess marinade. BBq grill (15-20 minutes) – place the kebabs on the hot BBQ griddle for approximately 15-20 minutes until well cooked, turning occasionally throughout.
Ingredients
Defrosted chicken, honey, canola oil, lemon juice, cumin powder, sesame seeds, salt, lemon zest, coriander powder, paprika powder, crushed black pepper, cayenne pepper.

Contains sesame seeds. Prepared in a facility that handles allergens including nuts.
Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Do not refreeze.
