Preparation Guidelines

Dissolve 1 - 4 cups (approx 250g-1kg) of flakes in a warm bath of 37-39°c. Relax and soak for 20 minutes. In pregnancy, use 1-2 cups (approx 250g-500g) and ensure the bathing water is around 36°c and never higher than body temperature. Keep sealed in a cool, dry place as flakes turn to liquid on contact with moisture.
