Shell the pistachios. In the jug of a blender, combine all the ingredients except the full-fat milk and blitz the mixture to a smooth consistency.
Pour the mixture into 2-3 ice cube trays and freeze until it sets.
Divide the matcha ice cubes between 6 short glasses and add milk.
