To make the granita, blitz the strawberries and Vimto in a blender until smooth.
Transfer to a metal tray and place in the freezer until required.
Hull and halve the strawberries once the granita is ready.
Divide the yoghurt into 4 serving glasses or bowls, then spoon the Vimto granita mixture on top.
Serve immediately with the fresh strawberries.
