Additionally, full fat kefir is great for bone health – not just as a source of calcium but it also includes vitamin K2, which is known to help with calcium absorption

Peel, deseed and chop the mango.


Place the mango, yoghurt, kefir, turmeric, honey and cardamom in a blender. Blitz until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water to reach your desired consistency. Taste and add more honey, if needed.


Serve the lassi over ice cubes in glasses.
