Cook from frozen. Pan fry for best results. Cooking times will vary depending on your stove. Pan Fry: 1. Heat oil over medium high heat in a non-stick pan. 2. Once the oil is hot, place the dumplings in the oil flat side down and fry for 30 seconds or until golden brown. 3. Add water to the pan until it reaches ½ cm in depth. 4. Cover the dumplings and cook for another 6-7 minutes until the water has evaporated and the dumpling wrappers are translucent and cooked through. 5. Remove the lid and pan fry for another 1-2 minutes until the dumplings are crispy on the bottom. 6. Serve with Curious Elephant Chinese Chilli Oil to add a spicy kick.
