Washing machine: Put the sheet into the drum and fill with laundry (up to 4.5 kg). Start a regular washing cycle. Hand wash: Dissolve half a sheet in 4 litre of warm or cold water. Add up to 2.5KG laundry and wash by hand. Thoroughly rinse with water.

Sodium dodecyl sulphate; sulfonic acids, c14-16-alkane hydroxy and c14-16-alkene, sodium salts. Ingredients: > 30 % anionic surfactants. Perfumes, coumarin, benzyl salicylate, hexyl cinnamal.
