This gel-based icing colour gives you a bright, rich colour that won't ever change the consistency of your cake batter, buttercream or royal icing. You can also use it to tint white fondant and gum paste. Mix it with other icing colours to create a shade that's all your own.

Wilton white icing colour is mixed into icing made with butter or margarine to whiten the base colour. It is also useful to quickly lighten icing colours when too dark a tone has been created with icing colour paste.

Please refer to the packet for serving suggestions. If using Wilton icing colours, dip a toothpick into the colour and swipe against the icing. Always use a fresh toothpick to add more colour.
