Barilla began life in a bakery in Parma back in 1877 and now produces over 120 types of pasta in all different shapes and sizes, giving the world an authentic taste of Italy. The company is still proudly owned by the Barilla family.

Cooks in 12 minutes. To cook 100 grams of pasta you need on average 1 liter of water and 7 grams of salt, i.e. a teaspoon of fine salt, plenty if large.
