Adults & children over 12: 1 level teaspoon dispersed in a glass of water, taken by mouth immediately. Rinse with water to remove any residue. To obtain the beneficial effect of reducing excessive flatulence after eating, take at least 1g at least 30 minutes before and 1g shortly after the meal. For teeth: Wet a soft-bristled toothbrush and dip lightly into the charcoal powder. Brush gently for 1–2 minutes, then rinse well. Use 2–3 times a week as part of your natural oral care routine. For best results, avoid over- brushing and always be gentle to help protect tooth enamel. Follow up with your normal toothpaste to remove residue. For a detoxifying face mask: Mix with water/coconut oil or ingredients of choice to form a paste and smooth onto the face. Leave for 10 minutes and wash off. Avoid getting it on clothes as it may stain.
