Ingredients
Wholegrain oats (51%), seeds (10%) (sunflower, pumpkin, brown linseed, chia (salvia hispanica), vegetable fibres (chickpea, maize), dates, chicory root fibre, dried apple (4%), extra virgin olive oil, puffed sorghum, quinoa, dried carrot, skin on almonds, cinnamon (1%), puffed lentils, natural flavouring.
Allergies
May contain traces of other nuts. While Bio&Me don't use wheat (a gluten-containing grain) in their products, their bakery does handle wheat so unfortunately, their products are not currently suitable for coeliacs.
