Preparation Guidelines
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. 2 Remove and discard the plastic wrap. 3 Pour herb and oil mix on top of the vegetables. Mix well so that the vegetables are evenly coated (feel free to add extra seasoning here). 4 Place in the centre of the oven and bake for 30 minutes, stirring the vegetables halfway through. The onions should have softened and caramelised. 5 Remove from the oven and transfer the contents of the tray to a plate or bowl.
