Lotus Biscoff was launched in 1930s Belgium when the first caramelised biscuit was baked, using nothing but natural ingredients. Lotus Biscoff has since woven its signature flavour into spreads and ice cream. "Biscoff" is a portmanteau of biscuit and coffee, a delicious pairing.
