This classic New York-style vegetarian pizza is made with all the right ingredients, including hand-torn basil, whole milk mozzarella and real Italian parmesan and pecorino cheeses over Louie's own cold-proofed dough.

Cooking instructions: Preheat oven to 450F/232C. Remove pizza from all packaging. Place pizza on baking tray or cook directly on pizza stone. Once oven is at temperature, place pizza in oven and cook for 5-8 minutes as desired. Remove from oven once cheese and crust are golden. Allow to cool for a minute before cutting.
