Cook from frozen. Ensure the product is cooked through before serving. Cooking instructions are given as a guide. Cooking temperature and time may vary. Do not reheat once cooked. To pan fry, preheat a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Turn the heat down to low and add 1 Thryve Chicken Burger. Cook for 18 minutes, turning occasionally.
