The Wilkin family has been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and today the business is run by Peter Wilkin, great grandson of our founder. The fruit crops include strawberry, raspberry, loganberry, mulberry, blackberry, morello cherry, rhubarb, damson, Victoria plum, greengage, quince and the curious medlar. The fruits are all still hand-picked and the farm is LEAF Marque accredited (Linking Environment And Farming), ensuring that the brand farm's sympathetically with the environment and encourage links with the local community.
