A warm, spiced twist on dalgona coffee inspired by hot cross buns.

تحميل PDFCombine the brown sugar, dried fruit, 60ml water, orange peel, cinnamon and allspice in a saucepan.
Bring to the boil, then simmer for 2 minutes, until fragrant. Remove from the heat, allow to cool slightly, then strain.
Divide the syrup between two glass mugs. Heat the milk until hot but not boiling, and pour it over the syrup. In a small jug, combine the instant coffee, sugar and 2 tbsp boiling water.
Whisk using a milk frother for 3–5 minutes until thick, pale and fluffy. Spoon the whipped coffee over the hot milk and serve immediately, stirring before drinking.
