The Marulo family has revived the ancient tradition of making dried pasta in the historic heart of Torre Annunziata. A master pasta maker crafts this pasta from the finest Italian durum wheat. Every batch is passed through bronze dies, which give the pasta its signature coarse texture that’s perfect for capturing and holding rich sauces.

Preparation Guidelines

Boil water in a large pot, adding salt for flavour. Once the water is boiling, add the pasta to the pot, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Cook the pasta for 18 minutes or until it reaches the desired tenderness. Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander then toss it with your favourite sauce or ingredients.
