Preparation Guidelines
Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a sauce pan, add 3 -tbsp. of Thai curry paste. Stir fry until aromatic then add 200g chicken breast (or tofu), 400ml of coconut milk and 200g of cut-up assorted vegetables. Season with 1 tsp of fish sauce (or salt) and 1tsp of sugar. Simmer until cooked through. Garnish, with basil and serve with white rice.
