Preparation Guidelines
Defrost before cooking. Pan Fry: In a wok or large pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the defrosted squid rings and stir fry until done, approx. 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter. Boiling: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Place the defrosted squid rings in boiling water. Cook for approx. 6-8 minutes until the squid rings are evenly opaque but still tender. Drain well and transfer to a serving platter. Ensure that the product is fully cooked before serving. All appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
