Preparation Guidelines
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Defrost the product, then slightly season with salt or spices of your liking, then cook on high heat at 220°C for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not overcook. BOILING: Defrost the product and cook at 100°C for 3 to 4 minutes. Do not overcook. All appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.

Storage
