Preparation Guidelines

Cooking instructions from frozen: Deep fryer (for best results): Deep fry frozen products in hot oil on a medium heat at 180°C for 2 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Air fryer: Place frozen products in an air fryer and cook for 7 to 9 minutes at 220°C. Conventional oven: Place frozen products in an oven and cook for 7 to 9 minutes at 200°C, gas mark 6. All appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.

Defrosted shrimps (60%), wheat flour, spices (garlic powder, zinger, onion powder, chilli, pepper), lemon juice, soya, salt, emulsifier sodium tripolyphosphate and vegetable oil (soyabean oil).

Storage
