Preparation Guidelines

Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5°C and consume within 24 hours. Gently drop pasta into a pot of boiling salted water and cook for approximately 4 minutes. Then drain immediately.

Semolina flour, pasteurised whole egg, butternut pumpkin, Grana Padano (milk, salt, rennet - from cow, lysozyme – from egg), ricotta (acidity regulator citric acid), salt, white pepper and nutmeg.
