Preparation Guidelines
Oven cook from chilled defrost …refrigerator 3 hours …room temperature 10 mins ……to defrost. …take product from freezer and remove all packaging including foil tray. …place on a serving plate and defrost in a refrigerator for 3 hours. …remove from refrigerator and then allow to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes prior to serving. ……once prepared, if not immediately consumed, place back in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. Oven cook from frozen preparation: …for best results defrost in the oven from frozen. This will defrost the product and crisp up the pastry ready for you to serve. This is not a heating instruction, do not leave in oven until hot. ………preheat oven. …take product from freezer and remove all packaging including foil tray. …place on a baking tray in the centre of the preheated oven for 10 minutes. …remove from oven and then allow to stand for 15 minutes prior to serving. ……once prepared, if not immediately consumed, place in a refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. ……do not refreeze after defrosting. …do not reheat once cooled. (time 10 mins, oven: 210°c, fan: 190°c, gas: gas mark 7)"
