In addition to numerous sustainability initiatives, such as running Boca on 100 per cent renewable energy, Omar is now investing in a halophyte farm in the UAE in partnership with Emirates Nature WWF and the International Centre for Biosaline Agriculture (ICBA).  Omar discusses his work with the Umm Al Quwain reserve and shares his advice for companies starting their sustainability journey.
