Salsa Macha is a crushed chilli paste originally from Veracruz, Mexico. Gran Luchito salsa macha is made in Mexico from an authentic recipe using a blend of dried Mexican chillies. Ground and fried in oil, with added peanuts for crunch, garlic and a dash of dark agave syrup to balance the flavour.
