It started in 2007 when Ombar's founder, Richard, discovered that the original chocolate ingredient – the cacao bean - is a gem of a superfood with substantial health benefits. Since then, Ombar’s mission has been to change how the world sees chocolate: a cocoa-rich, nutrient-dense super bar.
