Preparation Guidelines
Oven Cook: Cook from frozen at 230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas Mark 8 for 12–15 minutes. Pre-heat the oven. Place on a baking tray in the top part of the oven. Turn over halfway through cooking. Cook until crisp and golden. Air Fry: Cook from frozen at 190°C for 9 minutes. Place product in the basket (maximum 8 fish fingers) and place in the air fryer. Shake halfway through cooking. Cook until crisp and golden. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
