Castello traditional Danish blue cheese has a fine, nutty, blue aroma with hints of marzipan overlaid on a sourdough flavour, creating a soft and elegant bitterness. It can be eaten alone to savour its slightly spicy flavour or teamed with crackers or a slice of cinnamon raisin bread.
