This clear and unflavoured instant, edible beef skin gelatine powder is a purified protein obtained from the partial hydrolysis of collagen extracted from beef skin. Just add water to the powder and it’s ready to use in your cooking creations. Gelatine can be used as a gelling agent, thickener, stabiliser or texturiser and is a key ingredient in many dishes and recipes.
