A flat wide pasta sheet made from premium durum wheat semolina. Traditionally baked with sauce to form the dish of the same name they are an Italian family favourite.
Details
Garofalo are one of the oldest pasta makers still in existence tracing their origin back to 1789. Although pasta production has changed with the times Garofalo pride themselves on combining tradition and history with the benefits of technology and modernity to create delicious pasta for a wider audience.
Preparation Guidelines
Lasagne Garofalo are ready to be baked, at least 30' at 180°C. For a better preparation we suggest to cook them in boiling water for 3' and put them in the oven for at least 20' at 180°C (356°F).
