The authentic Gavotte crepe dentelle is a fine biscuit made following a recipe handed down in 1893 when a young chef accidentally overcooked her crepes in a French kitchen in Brittany. The absolutely unique manufacturing process has been a closely kept secret since then and the biscuits have become a specialty of the region. These premium biscuit crepes are loved and consumed worldwide. They are a fine accompaniment to afternoon tea, coffee, champagne or even your favourite dessert for that extra crunchy bite.
