Slow-cooked lentils simmered with warming spices, fresh curry leaves, tomato and pure coconut layered on fresh kale. Finished with a sprinkling of refreshing coconut sambal and a lime slice.

Preparation Guidelines

Microwave: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Microwave for 8 mins on 800w. Peel back film and stir (add a little water to curry if needed). Re-cover and pop back into Microwave. Heat for a further 5 mins until piping hot throughout. Stir and leave to stand for 1 minute before consumption. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C/ 220°C fan. Remove sleeve and pierce film. cook for 35 minutes. Peel back film and stir (add a little water to curry if needed). Re-cover the tray and cook for a further 5 to 10 mins until piping hot throughout. Stir and leave to stand for 1 minute, before consumption.

Allergies

Contains soy and wheat. Made in an environment that handles nuts, soya, sulphites, sesame, celery and gluten. Prepared to a vegan recipe. Not suitable for those with a milk, crustacean or egg allergy because these allergens are present in the environment.
