This hot honey delivers a blend of sweet and floral honey infused with a kick of red hot jalapeno to give your tastebuds a treat. Drizzle or drench on pizza, fish, chicken, roast vegetables, ice-cream, waffles or anything your heart desires.
Details
JD's hot honey began during lockdown in 2020 after testing some home-cooked honey infused with red jalapenos to add to pizza. It didn't take long to realise that it paired well with a variety of foods from fried chicken to fish, roast vegetables and on the barbecue. The sweet heat of hot honey needed to be shared and the homeade recipe was bottled and ready for business.
