Patio de Viana grow Arbequina and Picual olives around their family-owned Marqués de Viana Palace, a Spanish Renaissance landmark in the foothills of the Sierra Mágina mountains. In-house agronomists carefully oversee early and autumn harvests, each of which produces its own distinctive olive oil.
